"Stopped in on way back to Percé from visiting Gaspé on Trip Advisor’s recommendation good food at good prices... locals eat here so that’s a plus in my book. Hubby had fish and chips and I had liver and onions delicious!"

"Nous avons pris la bouillabaisse "entrée" qui a bien suffit pour un repas du soir. Pas mauvais, assez honnête même si ça n'a aucun rapport avec la bouillabaisse française (beaucoup moins sofistiqué). Le service était assez long mais nous avions notre temps. En revanche la table d'a côté à attendu son plat presque 1h.Grosse déception au moment de l'addition : le pourboire est inclus et fixé d'office à 15%. C'est interdit au Québec. La table d'a côté voulait donner 10% et s'est vu répondre : "non, ici c'est 15%". Scandaleux, surtout vu la très longue attente qu'ils ont subit. Nous n'avons pas pris de dessert. Ils n'avaient pas l'air très bons.Bref, à éviter, même si la concurrence est rare en septembre."

"Déçue par "l'assiette de fruits de mer" à 30.95 $Cad : du riz chaud cuisiné avec des petites crevettes cocktail et des pétoncles (les deux étaient surgelées à mon avis), deux minuscules morceaux de homard et de la salade. Un plat vraiment bof bof pour le prix."

"This is a very busy restaurant so it is a bit noisy but the food is just excellent.We ended up eating downstairs in the Bar/pub (rather than waiting for a table) but they serve the same food as in the main dining room. We ordered the salmon pie and Gaspesie pea soup. This came with a garden salad with a dressing to die for. Our server was very polite and pleasant and despite being busy did not rush about and ignore us. We arrived about 7 o'clock so perhaps earlier would not be so busy."

"Hôtel qui ne mérite pas vraiment les éloges des commentateurs et le capital sympathie auprès des guides de références. La décoration est disparate et vieillotte. Aucune harmonie dans le choix des couleurs, des matières et du mobilier. La chambre était mal insonorisée avec un bruit de fond de la chaufferie générale. La robinetterie de la salle de bains est en plastique et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. A ce tarif (119$) avec petit déjeuner sans les taxes, on est en droit d'attendre mieux. C'est dommage car il est bien placé et bénéficie tout de même d'un certain cachet. Il mériterait une bonne rénovation dans le style de l'époque avec de beaux matériaux pour être en cohérence avec ses tarifs. Concernant la cuisine, aucun commentaire car pas testée."

"In the rule we do not go to pubs/taverns, but at this opportunity most other restaurants were closed. to the happiness we have booked a table a few hours before the time, as both flats of the dining room were full. the menu offers a lot to choose from a few. Asian inspired dishes. we ordered the Boulognaise/Caesar salatduo and the kung pao chicken dish. both dishes were very good and avoid frites/poutin. the lower it area seemed to be noisier as the upper area. the server we met were cheerful, helpful and efficient, although we were not looking forward to a “Pub-Abend”, we enjoyed our experience here."

"Really beautiful seafood with reasonable prices. We tried the cods, crab sandwich and seafood spaghetti. They're all delicious. Very friendly staff. Be ready to your French, but they speak very limited English. We ate here again on the way back from our trip to Forillon National Park three days later. We ordered cod (again), fish soup, lobster sandwich and poutine, all very well. The fries are so fresh. Even I liked them, although I generally don't like fries. It is also worth noting that everywhere is clean, including the toilet."
