"Solid brew pub, with fun cocktails and a a relaxed atmosphere. The fries were especially good, and the pulled pork was tasty. Dropped one star because the beer list was pretty shallow, and the bottle list in particular had nothing of note at all."

"So disappointed in this place. We ordered two spicy Pad Thais. Both were sweet and flavorless at the same time. The shrimp were rubbery and the tofu was uncooked. After one bite, we couldn’t eat any more."

"My daughter and I went to Ballou's yesterday to celebrate National Wine Day, since Ballou's is one of our favorite go-to places. We love the cheese and crabmeat fondue, the meat and cheese boards that can be created to one's liking, and the wine flights, of course! The atmosphere is casual and inviting, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. Ballou's is definitely one of our favorite restaurants!"

"It was a unique atmosphere and the service was nice. However, the food was below average for the price. I ordered the BBQ chicken, and my husband ordered salmon, roasted corn on the cob, and mixed veggies on a screwer. The BBQ chicken was overcooked, dry, and the BBQ tasted like the cheap open pit BBQ sauce. My husbands fish was not seasoned and had one thing slice of lemon on it for flavor. It 's a BYOB and you can also bring your own sides to go along with the bland food that is served. I saw some people order lobster and bring Mac and cheese or broccoli to eat with as a side. I doubt we will return but I definitely recommend bringing your own side dish to add some type of flavor. "Had dinner last night in the dining room; 2 pasta dinners with 1 meatball, 2 basic garden salads, 2 sodas...$60! Talk about sticker shock! This is a take out restaurant with a few tables where you order at the counter. The food was mediocre at best! We could've eaten at one of the nice Italian restaurants in town for the same price. "My parents and I tried to eat at this restaurant last evening. Not too many cars in the parking lot, but I thought it was on account of the time. We were there before the dinner rush. We had eaten at this particular Bob Evans before and had good experiences. It had been awhile, but because of our previous experiences thought we 'd go back. I 'm not sure what has happened, but we stepped inside. The hostess took us to a table by the windows, and we waited. We looked over our menus and made our selections. We waited for a waitress ... and waited ... for anybody ... waited about 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody seemed to notice us. All other patrons were seated at booths on the inside of the restaurant. Maybe nobody was assigned to our table. We noticed that the Cracker Barrel across the street was not too busy, so we simply got up and left. First time I think we ever left a restaurant under such circumstances. They did not seem overly busy. Gathering from what others have said in their own reviews, it looks like we are not the first to be disappointed by this establishment."

"Best Panera in the area! Beautiful, cozy restaurant, helpful, knowledgeable staff, and in a great location. There is a lovely fireplace that really brings the whole place together. Panera's food is always great, no matter where you go."
