"Hello folks, This is my all time go to place whenever I make a visit to Haridwar. I am visiting here and taking joyful experience of their preparation since my childhood. Without wasting time, let's get into details, so that you can decide whether it's a worth try or not. The place is clean, you can visit here with you family and children. Their choley are cooked and nurtured well and you will feel a perfect blend of spices on your tongue. It's full on spices without making it blunt and intolerable to your stomach. But yeah, if you're allergic to peppers and other quite hot spices then be cautious. However, it's not that spicy. They don't use onions garlic in their preparation, however if you want onions then you can take it as salad. Place is close to Har ki paudi, so you can walk down here after taking holy dip into Ganges. It's close to kotwali. Their chana soup is not less than rasam in any way. It's nutritious too. They prepare bhature in proper desi style. Don't compare it with those served at Haldirams, Bikanerwala etc. They don't use rice flour or semolina that's my observation . If you're reaching here by car, then you need to park it somewhere as they don't have parking space. It's just on road. Place is small and should expect heavy rush if going in season time."
