"They want to join the choir at the baggage. While I prefer more juice and less butter and more wild aggressive aromas, this is still the best cake I had in hk so far. it's a real pirate crust that leads all the way (instead of just above. don't let me go). the fillings are well seasoned and complex. the chips are from this world in relation to crisp exterior and fluffy interiors. the Scotch egg I had was wonderfully non-traditional with an addition of a kind of spicy sausage and what I think is black pudding. the vibe is pub-like. not the red brick and dark wood style, more the painted white brick and bright wood style. its bright materials on low light. it's a good comedy. I am looking for more and maybe for a pub dinner with a real pint this time. (or 4)"

"Not entirely vegan as there’s egg options in the menu, however, everything is well defined and it’s very vegan friendly. Set lunch was decently sized, included a drink and tasted delicious, I’ll be visiting again soon."

"Very local and fulfilling dinner. For 2 of us, we had 2 appetisers, 3 mains and veggies. For sure sichuan style but interestingly, they are not spicy at all. One thing to note no credit card accepted, but cash, FPS and payme are ok"

"This place has a lot of character with lovely staff, friendly and good to talk to. The food is a lovely reminder of the one trip I've taken to Bali and the price is so good. I am gonna come again and again. For less than 100 hkd you can have an amazing meal and an Indonesian coffee. I would recommend this place to everyone."

"Environment: Simple, family style, quiet food: Traditional Cantonese vegetarian food without five spices. Portion is large and most meat eat men find the meals safisfying and taste like a normal carnivorous. Some foods could be on the oily side like most Chinese places, so you can tell the servers you want to take it easy on the oil and sauces. They are open between lunch and dinner, which is rare in Hong Kong. Menu points with eggs are marked. Your daily soup is delicious, usually comes free with lunch or dinner. "At twice here because the food tastes really good and fresh. Not certain why they lost their one star rating. I still think it's affordable good Hong Kong cuisine. A first trying steamed pork ribs. I love it. The chee chiong fan has really good char siew and accompanying sauce. Im not a fan of the HK texture as it's of a mushy consistency. But overall still a nice dish. The beef fried rice noodles is a popular item people order apart from the wanton noodles."
