"My sister and I attempted to eat at Rice Box this afternoon. I?ve eaten here multiple times (take out) and never had any issues and the employees were always so nice. We walked in and we?re ignored by two different employees. There was not a sign saying to wait to be seated or to seat yourself, so I asked the employee behind the bar if we needed to seat ourselves. I honestly didn?t know because I?ve always gotten take out. The employee replied ?you might as well? and rolled his eyes. I made sure I heard him correctly and he said it again. We should have left then, but we seated ourselves. We sat down and waited for menus. No one came to our table, but two other guests came in and were immediately greeted and sat by the same employee. At this point, we left and I will not be back. I understand the weight of a bad review and would normally never leave a negative review, but I was shocked by how blatantly rude the employee was for no reason. *I waited tables for several years and I would have never treated guests like this nor would the businesses I worked for have allowed this*"

"I've been eating here for about 5 years. Because they were in their last place and I still love it. While I miss the family that used to serve, I am still glad to see them open and running. I'm not sure where the bad reviews come from! These customers could have caused a problem. This was the first place where I tried the duck and now I get it often! There is a new checkout that still learn to be so patient with her and not intentionally make her job harder than it must be! The spring rolls would have had less lint on them! I know the rice paper is sticky, but maybe try to make it on another surface? The atmosphere is still welcoming and quiet. People are super nice and they take care of them! Definitely hard to find these days"

"I dropped in at 11 Saturday morning, waited a good 5-10 minutes for someone to bring a menu. She did not seem pleasant but wasn't rude. I ordered a cup of black coffee and a water and she neglected to tell me coffee was $4 a cup which seems crazy to me but I don't really eat out often so maybe that's the standard now. My table was extremely wobbly and the surface itself was uneven, so sawing through the waffle I ordered on a wobbly plate on a wobbly table caused the water to slosh everywhere. I never got offered a top off or refill of my coffee. There was a period of almost 30 minutes where I didn't even see my waitress to ask for a refill. Overall its just little things that stuck out to me and I hate to nitpick but they're easy fixes. Fix the table, don't put freezing butter on things where you're meant to spread the butter, offer refills when my cups empty, I never got a knife, took ages to get the bill, and for some reason they put biscuits and gravy in a gravy boat which was interesting to eat out of. Will I go back? Probably. Will I go back often? Probably not. "

"I asked for extra tomatoes and Mayo, and they didn't put on my sandwich. Then I called and the manager... Rachel... was rude. Maybe she can help me the next time. There will be no next time."

"The salad was okay. Just a regular garden salad. The avocado chicken bacon sandwich was a no for me. No flavor at all. My partner had the Newks Q sandwich and he agreed that his sandwich was not good as well. We tried the pasta salad and it was extremely bland. I thought the food would be okay due to the good ratings but it’s not. A Lenny’s sandwich would have been a much better option."

"Everything was okay? great service, food was typical olive garden. Restrooms definitely needed more attention. During this visit there was a failure of the air unit, but you would not have noticed unless you wanted to sit in the affected area. The restaurants and the management team have done excellent work to keep the guests cool and the team of employees with the measures to combat heat."
