"Sad to say that I can't really agree with the other reviews. I've had much better sushi. It wasn't BAD, but the price was similar to a moderately upscale place in LA or NYC but the sushi was not up to par. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day."

"Authentic American experience. The same diner restaurant you see in every movie, that's the exact experience you get. A good menu, decent options, like turkey with mash potato, burgers, omelettes, all day breakfast, and coffee right when you are greeted. The music playing was spot on, classic rock, the seating area is a bit aged but it adds to the rustic looks. Food came out super fast, it was sizzling hot, and very tasty. I would like the burger patty to be thicker, but it was well balanced. Service was fast and vey courteous. Free wifi too. Bathroom was clean, and the desert looked very good."

"When you enter you will immediately be Greeted with smiling faces. We enjoyed our breakfast here and we will return here again. We had omelets and waffles and pancakes and pancakes eggs and bacon and coffee and Orange juice and it all was so fresh and delicious. Our order was taken quickly and our food was served fast and warm And our coffee cups were kept full. This restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and we look forward to enjoying our lunch there in the next few days. I can definitely recommend this great restaurant. If you enjoy finding a great local spot to eat and enjoy a meal this is the place."

"Place is well worth the visit if you have time it really brings back the old west style ambieance the ladies are dressed like they are at brothel and had a live guitarist playing, floors where covered in sawdust and food was good. If you have a chance try dog fart it's a cool shot of kahlua baileys and crown royal"

"I come to Alaska almost every year and Rainbow foods is ALWAYS on my list to visit after or before a hike.They have a great selection of the cleanest, most valuable food choices out there, as far as groceries go. You know how some of us only use the “organic” and “natural” isle in a supermarket? Rainbow foods is entirely like that!!!And they make these fabulous fresh daily breads and sandwiches, soup and other little homemade things. Which unsurprisingly are gone by noon because they are so good!I always make a meal from there and sometimes I top it up with a nice kombucha or goat kefir.I’m telling you Juneau will always be Rainbow foods before and after my hikes.That’s where I find taste and valuable nutrition to support my training and health!Oh, and they have fresh veggies too. And chocolate! And nuts and cereals! … here I go again! I can spend a few hours there reading labels:"
