"No English here but the ladies were so kind with me and my google translate she recommended one noodle dish and I also chose tofu and other stuff from the buffet. Note that not everything from the buffet- she pointed three fake-meat that has eggs. Gave only 4 stars cause seems not to be 100% vegan"

"Basic style buffet. In saying that, our first in Taiwan. Lots of options although egg dishes are not labelled. Owner speaks no English so it’s a bit hard to communicate. Nice quick and easy meal. Fed us both with rice and bottomless tea for $170."

"I didn't know what to expect when I came to google maps about this place. on the one hand, the situation is completely wrong, so instead of a 12-minute walk from where I stayed, I also had to turn around and my steps and beyond for 22 more minutes to reach their actual address that is on their Facebook page. the hours listed on google and facebook do not reflect when they actually serve bengos: they do this only during weekday lunches. when I appeared at 9:30 a.m. and asked for a vegan bento, they had nothing ready. Instead, they offered some noodles that they prepared for a large group breakfast. I was glad to go with him. I could taste the fact that they stuff their suppe for hours to get a rich taste: they use sugar cane, mais on the cob, conbu and mushrooms. they are really not set up for people in whom I can immerse, but they let me sit on a table while they harass me with fresh fruit, tee, snacks and spicy of all kinds. they also gave me a brochure to visit a foguangshan museum. I politely rejected the Shaqima snack because he was ovo-lacto. I would come back if I visited kaohsiung to taste her beautiful looking bengos for lunch!"

"A good late night snack option for vegetarians (not so much vegans). Like most Taiwanese Lu Wei stands, you can choose to cook your chosen ingredients in a flavorful chinese medicine infused broth, or deep-fried them with a plethora of Taiwanese basil. English not available, but definitely a local must-try."

"I had a great visit to this cafe/restaurant. the woman who served me went through the menu and showed (in English) all the dishes that were vegan or could be made vegan – most of them are. they even brought me a free cup of suppe of the day (cream of mais.) of the burgers and the fries were served hot and tasted delicious. whatever they use as a sauce was so delicious. I will be back in any case!"
