"Our room was spacious, quiet, had everything we needed for comfort, and allowed our small dog. We liked the Keurig in the room?great?and a nice little front porch. Breakfast was generous and included. Service was wonderful. Everyone was so niceRather a lot of ?decor,? but it is an historic inn. Tip: there?s a park off the back parking lot that?s good for dog walks, andLee?s Diner around the corner is simple, affordable, and good for dinner."

"Decently priced food. We had 3 margaritas, soup, 2 entrees and 2 desserts, plus a tip was $72. We were very generous on the tip because our waiter was amazing and patient. The food tastes amazing and even though the drinks didn't taste like they had alcohol in it you could feel the alcohol after sipping it thru the straw."

"We both enjoyed the daily special, which included generous portions of chicken and pork BBQ and two sides. The BBQ was sufficiently smokey and tasty. Joe's offers several sauces to satisfy personal taste. Between us we tried the fried Ocra, Pommes, Greens and Cold Slaves and all were very good. The meal also included Hush puppies and I wanted more they were so good!"

"First time visit. Nice family restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. I have the broccoli cheddar cheese soup. This soup was delicious,. This was a fresh home made soup. I also had a house salad. Both items were a generous portion. I had also ordered spaghetti and meatballs to go. The meatballs were very good. I wished there was more sauce for the pasta."
