"Delicious, but service leaves much to be desired: 1. It is absolutely uncomfortable in the large hall: I was twice on Saturday for birthdays and both times a wedding was played in the same hall. The music is turned on very loudly and is not turned off even during breaks when the toastmaster leaves so that guests can eat. In general, it will not work to communicate with each other not a word is heard, you will have to yell in your ear. For another 4 hours spent in the hall, my ears began to hurt badly. In addition, there is no diversity in the repertoire. You will hear the same songs 3 times in 4 hours. Perhaps in a closed banquet hall it will be somehow more convenient. 2. Very uncomfortable chairs: sitting on them, you either keep your back straight and strain your lower back all the time as a result, it hurts, or it presses your chest inward, which is absolutely abnormal, uncomfortable and harmful to the whole body. 3. Tea was served barely warm it cooled down very quickly. Cups are served with cracks. 4. The light is not turned on it's dark all the time. If something falls into a plate or a glass, you won't see it. 5. There is very little space in the men's toilet and the door still opens into the cabin. Entering the booth and then leaving it without wiping the toilet bowl and all the walls with the door with clothes is already an achievement. The hand dryer incomprehensibly works like in most of these places it constantly turns off. Вкусно, но сервис оставляет желать лучшего: 1. В большом зале абсолютно некомфортно: два раза был в субботу на днях рождения и оба раза в этом же зале играли свадьбу. Музыку включают очень громко и не выключают даже в перерывах когда тамада уходит, чтобы гости могли покушать. В общем пообщаться друг с другом не получится не слышно ни слова, придется орать на ухо. Ещё за 4 часа, проведенных в зале стали сильно болеть уши. К тому же разнообразия репертуара нет. За 4 часа по 3 раза услышите одни и те же песни. Возможно в закрытом банкетном зале будет ещё как то удобно. 2. Очень неудобные стулья: сидя на них вы либо держите спину прямо и напрягает все время поясницу в итоге она болит, либо вжимает грудь внутрь, что есть абсолютно ненормально, неудобно и вредно для всего тела. 3. Чай подали еле теплый очень быстро остыл. Чашки подают с трещинами. 4. Свет не включают все время темнота. Попадет что то в тарелку или бокал не увидите. 5. В мужском туалете очень мало места и дверь открывается ещё внутрь кабинки. Войти в кабинку, а затем выйти из нее, не обтерев одеждой унитаз и все стенки с дверью уже достижение. Сушилка для рук непонятно работает как и в большинстве подобных мест постоянно отключается."

"The decoration was 5, but the quality of the food was not impressive: on New Year's Eve, tasteless fresh cucumbers, overcooked shrimp were served, only grapes and 6 tangerines were included in the fruit cuts on a table set for 5 adults. I liked the New Year's program: competitions, live music, dance numbers."
