"If you are expecting a 2 start Michelin experience you will be disappointed. I do admit that the food is innovative and mostly good. The service however is simply terrible. Let me list the problems we encountered. 1. Not enough servers. We had one-two for a group of 18. And they didn 't speak good English. 2. Pre-fix menu was not announced. Some in our party were horrified by raw chopped shrimp. 3. Beat up tableware with bent forks. 4. Uneven wine pour of very expensive wines. 5. Servers interrupted the speaker. 6. Used plates not promptly removed. 7. Water not refilled. 8. Table/crumbs not cleaned between courses. 9. Wrong information provided about ingredients. First we were told on dish contained cheese then cream. 10. Dropped knife picked from the floor by staff and placed back on the table. 11. When a member of our party declined desert, she was told but it 's included! 12. Bad temperature control in the room. 13. Sommelier did not discuss the wines. 14. Wines not open table-side. How 's that for a Michelin experience?"

"Just the worst service and most tasteless food ever!! We spent six nights here and with only six mains dinner was dull when three were off choice ! The festival dinner used these courses too! How flippin dull! No sops A g and t mins! Wine by the glass varied from a glass to three mouthfuls Food is dull and tasteless The wine bar was never open and room service was variable Let’s get home to Belgium No management seemed bothered Really really disappointed"
