"I've been here with my bf several times. This time the service was lackluster. We waited an hour for our food and the waiter forgot my order so I ended up eating off my boyfriend's plate. The Mgr was very nice and apologized to us.. The noise level at the bar was increasingly loud thanks to two diners who clearly had too much to drink. Don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon"

"I just had dinner at WSB and again the food was excellent. Chef/owner Ray creates wonderful dishes. They are inventive, tasty and the price of meal does not break the bank. One of my favorite restaurants in Morristown and there is a lot to choose. Will be back soon. Service is very good. Sometimes noise levels rise, but usually the noise is quite acceptable."

"We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and cooked perfectly. The salads are crispy and properly dressed and the wine list is huge and delicious. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top quality food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon. Great service, fantastic atmosphere, top bar and wine list and food in the region to celebrate small business ... all my favorite things! Parking is so much easier than downtown Durham and we love the taste of 9th Street. The desserts are fantastic and the coffee is delicious."

"Visited the Stirling Tavern for brunch today (accidentally, we were intending to find a lunch spot). It was busy, and the hostess at first suggested we probably should have made a reservation, but then found a table just a few minutes later. The brunch menu had a nice mix of options for those who wanted traditional brunch options and those looking for something a little more savory. I opted for the shaved Brussels salad with salmon. Other dishes ordered at my table southwest salad with chicken, the Brie and fig grilled cheese, and the Swiss mushroom burger. My salad was excellent, though at an additional $12 the salmon portion was a tad small. The southwest salad and the grilled cheese were big hits. The burger was good, but not particularly noteworthy. Loved the specialty cocktail menu! Would have stayed longer if we had time to try more of those. Very fun. All in all, the tavern is a nice space for a casual meal, and the food is good. The service was a little abrupt, I'll chalk that up to the business at the time. I'd give Stirling Tavern another chance, but I'd come back at a time when the usual menu is available."
