"I get why people don 't like this place.... This is one of my regular lunch spots, I normally order the #11 classic steak pho, yes its a bit overly sweet, salty and possibly msg laced but it really reminds me of the food in Asian and that is why I like it. I have taken locals here and they have been horrified, my own sister said the pho tasted like dirty intestines but isn 't intestine soup authentically Asian? I 'll admit its not the 'best ' pho in the world but as far as new west goes I have not found a better place."

"Yesterday I went with my friend shopping at the Queensborough mall area when we started feeling hungry. So we went to the “Pho Express Angkor” since it appeared to be one of the very few non-fast food restaurants in that area. The pictures in the menu that supposed to explain the dishes looked often extremely similar. We ordered "

"I just stopped in at the Oakridge mall food court because I was starving. Craving some Chinese food because it's helps hangovers. Just sayin. Anyways, there's usually one pick your own items with rice or noodles type Chinese food places in the mall, and this was it. The display looked descent, fresh looking, clean etc. I picked the fried rice, lemon chicken and brisket in curry. I'm not a picky eater. I usually eat everything and appreciate it. But this stuff was pretty bad. The rice was bland, the brisket was mostly fat, and the deep fried lemon chicken was mostly batter. There were lineups for every place but here. I should have taken the hint. I'm guessing the regulars know this place isn't very good. I'm surprised since this mall is very Asian. I'll bet this will be the next shop to shut down in this food court."

"This is a wonderful restaurant. Run by the owner and I mean literally run. Great food, awesome service. Very busy on weekend mornings. Cash and debit only. Workman's special and coffee for 20.00 including tip."
