"Extraordinary evening, I regret not having discovered this place sooner. There is no false note, from the welcome to the dessert including the very good advice from a young and promising sommelier. I would like to send a special message of support to the chef, Nancy Bourguignon of course, who creates a cuisine full of flavors with excellent products, alone or almost, a woman of courage and taste! "We visited for lunch as part of a bus tour of part of the Provence region. So, our experience was a bit different than you might experience as a couple or smaller group. All of the tables were arrange banquet style for the 40+ of us. And all of the food was served family style with large serving dishes of salad, an excellent white fish, and vegetables that seemed so fresh that they must have come from the market that morning and been harvested the day before. And, bottles of the local red, white, and rose wines were available plus water - and even soft drinks for a few who wanted something different.Often when you are serving a group, the food may not be warm or the fish a bit dried out. That was not the case. The fish was warm, moist, and beautify served. Just as good as the fish were the vegetables - beautiful potatoes, carrots, and green beans - simply cooked and served. Also served with the vegetables were hard boiled eggs. The eggs were the only things that were leftover. People, were just to full from the fish and veggies. And, the wines were very good and plentiful.About the only reasons for not giving an excellent rating were that the dessert was not memorable and one of the service ladies picked up an empty water pitcher with her and in a manner that her fingers were on the inside of the pitcher."

"Home, dynamic and friendly efficient services. Quiet, relaxing and buccolic frame. Room where you feel like at home ( toilet products worthy of the soapmakers Salonais .Thank you for the flip-flop. Charming design combining modern, old and design with a good concept store idea. For gastronomy enthusiasts like us it's the paradise of taste buds as well at the restaurant la Cantine (fantastic crunch and soup from Granny as to the gastronomic that deserves its star to see more with a revisited but tasteful and creative cuisine presented as a work of art. Bravo to the leader for his New Year menu and to his brigade and the team at the service. The sommelier is at the top and speaks of the wines that she has selected harmoniously with passion (I have revised my grape varieties . Nice piano-bar atmosphere. The place allows to visit a lot of nearby tourist places and to make beautiful hikes. Stay too short but perfect. Best wishes to the professionals who have come to us."
