"2 stars is for the nice waitress. Otherwise my review would be a 1. To start with, food service was incredibly slow and the place still smells like cigarette smoke, probably from when it was a bar. The stuffed mushrooms and salads were okay, but my husband’s steak was under cooked and the Au graten potatoes were undercooked as well. The side dish they serve as standard is blackened fried Brussels sprout leafs. Inedible. Overpriced and my husband and I didn’t eat half of our meal. I’d go somewhere else."

"Spent $70 For some food I couldn't even eat. I've never been the person to ask for any kind of compensation, but that was just disgusting and the manager/owner told me so sadly bad. I have a family dinner for two people, and it was barely enough. I replaced for chicken roast rice and it looked like she was just cutting some lunch meat and laying on rice and was Bland. I couldn't say between beef and almond chicken. One was tough and the other fell apart. Just terrible. The Chow menu was the only decent thing with some taste. does not know how they have 4 stars. Absolutely not recommend."

"I've been here twice now, I got the fish chips not sure why since I live on Whidbey island but they were fantastic. I was here 2 weeks ago and decided on the hot wings bone in and they were really good.The staff is always friendly and will greet you with a smile. I wish I could remember my waitresses name she was so sweet. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking, that being said this place is really busy."

"Okay so the food if you sit at the grill is uh-mazi g if you sit at the sushi bar and order sushi you get room temperature sushi.......gross. it would be so good if it was just cold.....also the prices for sushi rolls are from $1-$3 to high. The sushi across the street at yoakes is $14 for two entire rolls both different and fresh and amazing. If you go with a partner and one order sushi and 1 orders from the grill your meals will not come out at the same time like not even close but 45 minutes apart. Kinda embarrassing for the couple deciding to eat or wait. One time only some of his plate came and his rice came 20 minutes later...... I guess from now on we're both just going to sit at the grill for the more consistent dining experience."
