"The lobster rolls were really good, but the service was subpar. The waiters kept walking past our table, even when we were sitting idle. Wanted to order dessert but eventually got tired of waiting so we had to wave them down to ask for the check."

"Got dinner with my girlfriend here, we were seated immediately. The food options that are foreigner-friendly are limited(doesn't affect the rating) but there's enough to get by.The customer service is what tanked the rating here. Our waitress checked on us once within the entire 2 hours we were here. Three times I had to take the order slip and walk around the restaurant looking for her to put our order in. She didn't tell us how/where to get drinks, she brought us food we didn't order multiple times whilst not bringing us some of the options we did select. We placed one last order and received an incorrect dish, after hunting down the waitress to let her know, she was insistent it was the correct dish. Apparently on the order slip, the dish we circled had small Chinese writing under it that was also included in our circle. She assumed we wanted the dish that was in Chinese writing rather than the other option that was in big bold English. My girlfriend and I are visibly clearly not Asian. Her misunderstanding here wasn't the issue, it was the fact that she insisted we were in the wrong for circling too big.Overall the food was good, this could've been a 4/5 star place. However the customer service was beyond terrible it felt like the waitress was playing hide and seek with me. I just wanted to order more food."

"[Dine-in review amid pandemic]Bit of an unconventional hotpot experience where ingredients are first purchased in a mini-supermarket setting before sitting down. Each seat has its own induction stove and every broth is served in a mini pot wherein each person can have a personal mini hotpot. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and I think it makes a lot of sense for smaller groups. It also helps for picky eaters (like me) where I often despise when a communal hotpot becomes an abomination of different flavours. Here you can have your own broth and control what goes into it. Be mindful of the spice levels as they are quite strong on the higher end.Staff were incredibly kind and ensured our enjoyment of the experience."

"Tried this place for the first time. I absolutely loved it! The rolls are huge, fresh and light. The rice ratio was perfect and the sashimi was good, not the best I have had but it's less than $2 a piece. I will definitely be going backThe only thing that was rough was the amount of cucumber. WAY too much, substitute it with more fish or avocado."
