"It has been some time since I have been to El Torito. I understand with Covid many things have had to change, but I am afraid the experience and the food have also changed. The quality of food was not the best very little flavor. A fun part of going for Sunday brunch was the Mimosas and interacting with our servers. We hardly ever saw our server and getting refills for the Mimosas took a long time. They apparently did not have enough cooks so there was no one to make the omelettes which is one of our favorite items. The cost per person is a little hard to swallow when you are getting subpar food and service. I don't think I will be going back."

"Came here for the first time with my friend on a Sunday morning. Line was short. Staff greeted us and was courteous. They had two people at the register who were super efficient in checking folks out and also calling out order numbers. I ordered some pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and steamed bbq pork buns. They were all super yummy. Usually my dumplings need sauce but neither of these did because they were flavorful. The place is limited seating. About 3 tables and few extra chairs for people waiting. Probably better for to-go orders."

"Creamy and rich, and the single scoop is pretty generous (chocolate fantasy pictured)! Not eggy, not ice-y. Across the street messed up my order, so had some time on my hands. The name 'Clancy 's ' sure sounds like an Irish Pub and the outside also makes it look like a dive bar too, but dont let that fool you. This place is worth it and a hidden little gem. Skip the 7-11 slushie next door and hit this place up instead!"
