"I tried this restaurant based on other's recommendations and I was very glad I did. The setting is right off the river and made a scenic dining experience. The food was nicely prepared. I had the city's specialty cuttlefish. It was delicious and not overcooked. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was also impressed that the owner was most accommodating. It was a rather windy day. The owner rearranged tables and saw that guests sat where they would be most comfortable. The food was great, the setting was lovely, owner staff were gracious and the price was reasonable. I was throughly satisfied and happy with the experience."

"We found this place by pure luck! We had parked our car nearby and just followed the delicious scent of freshly grilled sardines! The owners are great, super friendly and so dedicated. They only speak portuguese! You will only find locals here, so you should not ask for an English menu. This place is so authentic that I should not be writing a review. Soup, grilled fish, bread, olives, salad, potatoes in garlic oil, wine and dessert for 10 euros. Your fish was grilled so perfectly and tasty that I can eat it every single day. And most importantly: you can’t find fresher fish. Obrigada!"
