"The Algonquin restaurant has always been a great place to eat. What I enjoy most is that when you order, they bring you all you can eat salad as well as a small loaf of bread. It's a great appetizer while you wait. You don't sit there hungry waiting one hour for your food. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is great! I would recommend anything on the menu, however I always enjoy the pasta."

"I have bought subs at this locations for years. Pretty sad how downhill a place can go so fast. Always was good customer service and tonight I went in and watched them throw on an meat like they were for the 12 inch sub for the person I was with as if they had to make within seconds. The other coworker came out asked what I wanted. I placed my order and the worker put about 80% of the chicken that goes on a 12 inch sub. All I said was shouldn't it cover the entire sub? The frustrating part is I have never had an issues for 15+ years at this location and not only did the staff not attempt to even add at least a couple pieces of chicken due to not putting full scoops but when I attempted to explain how last time (which was the first time I had 25% of my sub with no meat; but at least) got even less chicken. Other than these two times I have never had an issue.For the record if they both were not in such a rush (we were the only two customers in the store, never seen anyone rush like the first employee was; just slapping everything on as fast as possible it made no sense)I understand they may have had a long day but it was honestlycthe worst service I have ever had or seen at subway in my life.I have never seen such horrible customer service before at Subway.I would have still bought it if the service was not so pathetic.Upon asking for the managers number I was met with even more disrespect.Pretty sad if you ask me!"

"I was at the Howard Johnson for a luncheon for a retiree. The meal was a buffet and the variety was very good. There was lots of food as well a great many choices. There was even a great choice of desserts to pick from. The price was well worth the meal. Would also recommend the Sunday brunch although I have not been there in a few weeks, I am told it is still great."
