"Completely different experience to our last visit here. Tonight was a total let down, could have been at any Chinese restaurant in the burbs. No duck available, dishes were small and filled with onion. Wow what a disappointment. Staying at the Hilton, we were looking at going to some of the other rated restaurants in the Sydney CBD such as Hubert or Long Chim but thought I'd stick to our favourite. Not again you've lost our business."

"I was in Sydney for the night and was in the mood for dumplings. Everything was made fresh and came out piping hot. I ordered both steamed and pan fried vegetarian dumplings as well as vegetarian spring rolls. All of the food was very good. The tea was perfectly brewed and the perfect temperature. If I lived in the area this would be a regular stop for me."

"I'm so often telling me, I'll go into a light salmon and avocado salad, but my mouth seems to be unable to express something other than Tan Tan Ramen. So much on the menu, but I can rarely pass on the spicy pork-mince or wagyu beef on miso broth. <br>
Always friendly and accommodating staff, quickly turning over, EFT and able to be split into account, come back."
