"100 stars. Probably the best and most sincere udon shop in Japan! Handmade udon made live in the restaurant itself. Kitchen is as clean as it gets in such a heavy duty kitchen, utterly impressive. Staffs are extremely caring and friendly. The bosses are all extremely hardworking and the udon and dashi soup taste god like. Everything is meticulous and delicious. They treat foreigners very well and has a full menu in English complete with description and photos. 100% recommended to everyone!"

"Good izakaya food with creative twists. Highly recommend the homemade aji dumplings (Japanese horse mackerel)!! There's regular and seasonal menus. The seasonal menu is handwritten and can be quite hard to read. Good to ask the staff for recs! Seems to be popular among locals. If you're to visit, perhaps it's a good idea to make reservation."

"I have eaten here several times in recent years, it's a real treat and the olive steaks are delicious. The staff will present your meat cut, raw, give a brief description of it before you take it away to cook. It is then returned, slightly boiled with a hot dish for you to cook further if you want. I usually go for lunch and absolutely love the steak, good quality and service. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Small restaurant with a number of private stands."

"Totally loved this place. If you walk the Shikoku 88 pilgrimage, you should definitely stop. Lunch is at 1000 ¥ per set, servings are very fair and taste is quite large. The deserts are also amazing. It is an oriental vegan restaurant (no garlic, no roots)."
