"We went in happy hour on a Friday and sat right away. the seat was a bit close to other diners. the personal was friendly and attentive. roasted artichoke starter di was really good, cheesy, ingenious grilled brot came with. the mushroom soup has absolutely loved! both pasta dishes we added garnels and pasta was perfectly cooked. weeping was good"

"I am not a huge Mexican food eater but my husband is. That being said I do love this place the staff is friendly the food is good... The chips are always flowing and the food is always hot and fresh and very tasty the margaritas or the best! So the next time my husband craves Mexican food we will be back."

"Old school family dining. Stopped in here for the first time in years... nothing has changed... thankfully! Huge portions of really really good home cookin'. The Lower Boone's Ferry Benedict starts with a base of tender biscuits.. topped with a hand formed breakfast sausage pattie that covered both biscuits and then some... scrambled eggs and then drown the whole thing in country gravy. Accompanied by a huge portion of grilled red potato's and onion. I'm a big boy... 6'6' and I can eat son. I finished exactly HALF of this monster breakfast!<br/>My sainted mother had the french dip which did not stoop to the usual deli sliced meat... oh no buddy, it was loaded with shredded pot roast! Excellent flavorful real deal beef! She was very impressed! And... I have the other half in my fridge for MY dinner.<br/>My dear father went for the 1/2 turkey sandwich on rye with a cup of homemade, chock full of veggies and beef soup. He didn't have much to say besides... MMmmMMmm...MMmmMMmmmmmm.... then the toppper... his lunch came with a slice of pie. He went for the lemon meringue, his favorite. all i can say is WOW. It was way WAY above average! And the crust was darn near as good as my granny made. Light and flaky, filled with tart/sweet lemon... awesome.<br/>It sure as heck won't be years before we go back. The halibut fish and chips looked fabulous and I do love me some halibut dunked in screaming hot oil! <br/>There is a lot to like about this place... and today anyway, not one single thing to nitpick."

"Crabacado had more bacon then crab or avocado. Prime rib was about what you could expect for a place like this and for $20, overcooked and only slightly edible. Tomato soup was good. Kid didn?t like the. &Gs. French toast was good. I?m assuming this place has been around for awhile and is a favorite with the locals and that?s why it has a high rating."

"Service is always friendly and punctual. We dine here whenever we’re in the area. Happy hour prices have shot up but it’s overall still really good. Good drinks, beers and food. They have the best burgers during that time…but, A couple things: a medium burger came close to rare, barely this side of sending it back. Table was pretty filthy (outside) with two really dirty napkins on the ground under the table. Also we counted at least passes by various servers and the hostess past a ft metal panel laying on the ground that had fallen off a patio heater. I finally walked over and picked it up and set it next to where it should have been. That was amazing right there. Nonetheless we will recommend and still return"

"First visit, got the Chicken Katsu lunch special and it was as I feared recooked. The breading on the chicken was darker than normal and the chicken itself was dry and tough. I get that they're trying to serve food quickly, but I would have gladly waited for a freshly cooked chicken cutlet."
