"I have been here a few times. The service is average. The buffet is on the small side but it has all the usual favorites. Sometimes less is more. Food is consistently decent. Price is fair for what you get. If you want a decent no flash just food buffet, then stop here!"

"I have been going here for years since they first opened. While it is not a fancy place the prices are fair and the food is fast. One option for lunch service is from the steam tray which is replenished several times to keep the...food fresh, or you can order from the menu any time of the day. The hot pot is an excellent treat. Bring a few friends along and be prepared to feast for an hour."

"You can't help but smile at the ambiance as you step inside the Lotus Tea House (emphasis on House). The decor reflects the Buddhist way of living, and draws you in to its calm reflecting nature. Food is delicious (the fake meat is the best I've ever had), and the personal pots of tea are just phenomenal. Prices are good too! If you find yourself in the area, just try it out it will, if anything, be a unique experience."

"We went on a weekend afternoon and we were seated right away and we got water immediately after. They have their patio open which is really nice. We got the Fettuccine alla pesto $23). This dish has so much shrimp, the sauce was so creamy and just enough sauce, we cannot recommend this dish enough if you love pesto! We also got the 12’’ Prawn Pesto pizza $22). This tasted quite different from the pasta even though it has a similar base, the sundried tomato and the arugula was what I tasted the most. These Neapolitan pizzas also have thinner crusts, but they really pack the toppings. Our waiter was so kind, she got us everything we needed so quickly and suggested the pasta. One of us has dietary restrictions so we got seafood dishes, but I would love the come back and try other ones. I recommend you checking out Famoso in Waterloo!"

"Food was amazing and customer service was top notch. The kitchen had closed and we forgot to order the dessert.However Eric went out of his way to get us desserts past their closing time. Loved the dessert and thank you for going out of your way to make our experience better. Will definitely return :"

"We were in Waterloo last weekend and the restaurant we wanted to have lunch at closed early. We ended up at the Princess Café. We had The Legendary Sasquash grilled cheese sandwich and a side salad. It was delicious! We liked the vibe of the...place and appreciated the uniqueness of the venue. Will definitely come back. Might even take in a movie at the on-site movie theatre."
