"We all know how the things work in America: sit, order, check and go. not here. first, this amazing little jewel will call them for reservations that they are fully booked in the rule and that means something that it is really good! Do not go there if they starve not because of the portions they are large, but the time they wait for their order. and this is not a bad thing, actually it is quite amazing: everything is prepared at the moment and it is so fresh and delicious. there were few vegetarian options and the atmosphere is great! I was impressed to see that one of the owners does everything that gives up, serve and cook. it made me appreciate even more her hard work and great food. if they are looking for a sweet little French restaurant voila! C’est incroyable!"

"I am relieved that this jewel was rescued by two dedicated ladies and their fun associates. service is excellent. the previous owners sold themselves to two people who didn't get the biz. fortunately, they have picked up from them. I know it is now apt 9f, but I feel like an extension of my living room, where the freezes and eat simply magically appear on my table. I feel welcome, relaxed, and it's like I just hang around. the lookout on the road makes fun and wofy. the menu is balanced and tasty and what we really are here is the variety of drinks and wine spectacular. also here I cannot stress about the great and friendly service. go, enjoy them and relax as it is their home. thanks to carol and nancy ps Sunday brunch is great."

"I had one of the most unpleasant and unnerving experiences yesterday at The Pub. I enjoy visiting FLL and invariably stay in Wilton Manors when I come down. The Pub is conveniently located, and I have been a customer for years; this past Monday, I enjoyed their half priced hamburger special, which I've had before. I hadn't planned on going there later that afternoon for happy hour, but the friend I was meeting smokes and suggested we go there as he could sit outside and have his wine and cigarette. After having had two drinks, I decided to order the fried shrimp to go; It was delicious, and two days later, I thought I would like to order it again before heading back to NYC the following morning. So last night around 6:00 I ordered a drink, sat outside minding my own business, and soon enough placed my order for the shrimp. It arrived, and I was enjoying the gentle breeze and sunshine so much that I thought I might have another glass of wine. The server brought it, and I was going to have my second drink and leave, along with my takeout. Sounds idyllic, right? Well, almost as soon as I was served the glass of wine, a menacing, hulking person whom I had never seen before appeared, and said, Here's a to go cup. Just make sure the cops don't see you; you can always toss it if you think they see you. First of all, why was this person bringing me a to go cup? I was not creating any kind of spectacle or scene. I was a sixty year old gentleman just sitting there, not bothering anyone, and then to be rudely and brazenly in so many words asked to leave the premises? I can't seem to wrap my head around this person's way of thinking. In any case, it was a very unsettling evening, but as I was leaving, the chef appeared. I told her of the incredible wrongdoing that had just occurred, and she seemed sympathetic and said she hoped I would return. I will never patronize The Pub again while that person who was he anyway, the manager? is working there. If I had been in the wrong, that would be one thing. But to tell a repeat customer, who was exhibiting polite and model behavior, to leave for no apparent reason boggles my mind. If the management of The Pub would like to offer me an explanation as to why this incident occurred, I will be amenable to altering this review. The above mentioned individual's behavior was atrocious and beyond rude."
