"We came here for a BYO on a Friday night. Staff was amazing and attentive. We were a table of 10 and food came out promptly and quickly. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the soup and everyone else had pad Thai, platter food, rice dishes and we all loved it."

"We came here about two months ago, some dishes we never saw in other Thai restaurants in Auckland. It is a surprise so we can order something new, like the deep fried fish I got in the picture. Food there is nice and a little bit pricey compared to other thai restaurants, but considered the location and nice ambiance, it is still worth it."

"Yummy Thai food on k road! Would recommend the crispy pork belly main and the chicken wings! Succulent and melt in your mouth with a nice amount of chili and basil leaves! The Chiang mai curried fried noodles were tasty with a thick coconut like broth but I felt it didn’t pair well with thick egg noodles. Too many crispy noodles on top which made it hard to eat. Overall yummy food! Will be back!"

"I went to Sri Pinang for lunch with my family and it was a great experience. The owners were nice and chatty who really enjoyed interacting with their guests so the service they provided was really top notch. The atmosphere was alright, a bit too dark for my liking. The food was relatively inexpensive and the portion size was quite big too (especially the Hainanese chicken rice). We ordered from the lunch special, my brother got the nasi goreng and the chicken satay, I got the Hainanese chicken rice and my mum got the prawn noodle soup. <br/ <br/ The Hainanese chicken rice was pretty delicious. The sesame tasting sauce on the bottom of the chicken was so flavourful especially when the rice soaks it up. That was probably one of my favourite parts of the dish. The chicken was moist and juicy, generous pieces too! However, my mum said her prawn noodle soup was too sweet for her preference. <br/ <br/ One of the better Malaysian restaurants in Auckland, I would be back but parking is kind of a pain."

"Food was delicious. We ordered scotch fillet steak set and fish fillets set; both were tasty. Loved their yum yum prawns appetizer which was included in the set menu, so good!<br/ <br/ Friendly staff and great customer service: will come here again."

"I have to say I was impressed with most of what we ordered but very disappointed with one dish... My favourite would be the beef brisket bao: probably the best bao I've had! The beef brisket is slow cooked and then seared, extremely smoky and peppery, topped with gochujang and Kimchi. The Bun itself was really soft and springy and had a slight sweet aftertaste which brought all the flavours together.<br/>The dish I was disappointed with was the curry soup chicken Confit: it tasted like watered down jap curry that you can get at the Asian supermarket, with boiled chicken (which was very tender at least). The veges seemed to be baked? That made the eggplant skin cardboard-like and the enoki mushrooms dry and shriveled. The veges were bland and had 0 seasoning.<br/>I guess I'd only confidently come here just for their bao"

"The dishes they have are sort of Koreanised Chinese dishes. Back in the 60-70s I guess, Chinese migrants in Korea invented(? for Korean likings. My advise is before you come here don’t expect it’s Chinese restaurant instead it’s just another branch of Korean cuisine. You might be able to enjoy better :"
