"鈴鹿産小麦あやひかり激推しのようだ。 和風醤油 極 を頂いた。第一印象は、麺がやわやわ。あまり美味しくない。スープは見た目より濃厚ではない。普通の醤油ラーメンより少しコク強いか？というかこれはとんこつでは？？三つ葉の香りがとても爽やか。 少ないかと思っていたが、器が深めなので思っていたよりたくさん入っている。でも硬めを食べてみたかったので、ダメ元で硬めの替え玉をオーダーすると、当たり前のように通った。 替え玉、返し以外にもネギとチャーシューが乗っている。お得。硬め、正解。少しスープの絡み方が弱くなるので、スープを意識的に多く啜るととても良い感じ。 トッピングのフライドガーリックが好き。かけすぎると臭くなるけど。 トイレは2階。 マスク着用必須、来店時アルコール消毒を強く推奨、常にドア少しオープンと、感染症対策に心を砕いている印象。"

Thank you for the meal. 入口すぐの玄関に券売機を設置している店舗も多い中で、ここは普通に食事スペースの入口付近に券売機が設置されています。 平日の午前10時半の訪問で店員は若い女1名、 自分含め全ての客に対していらっしゃいませやありがとうございましたの挨拶一切無し。 【牛めし】 つゆは少なめ､肉は普通だが玉ねぎが少なめか？ 甘みのある柔らかい肉は相変わらず美味いです。 すぐに噛み切れるから食べやすいし米に合います。 ただ玉ねぎは食感の面でも意外と重要な役割を牛めしの中では担っており、その玉ねぎが少なめだったのは偶然とは言え不完全燃焼に終わってしまいましたね。 安心の松屋の味だったけど挨拶くらいはちゃんとしようや、どの人も食器返す時にごちそうさまって言ってるんだからさ。 ごちそうさまでした。"
