After my friend fought with me in the old town, we just wanted to find a quieter place to eat. the schadow arkaden are loud but convida offers a quieter corner in which it is more cozy.The eating - in the case burrito guacomole - has been very tasty. the mix of sharp rice, mild guacomole and sour cream is unique. very large portion with a distinctive taste experience. large selection even available for vegans. only criticism: it seems to me that there is too little personal there. a person for ordering, occupancy of the burritos and pay. the Tortilla preparer had wiped the floor after evening. that looks like you're saving on the personal. but nice staff. I'll be back in the final."

"We were with dr. I have to say that I really was here. the atmosphere of the old factory was gigantic. dr. thompsons has become an in-local and too correct. the prices are high. eating is super and sometimes very extraordinary. for example, there is a meat dish that can be prepared directly on its own table on a charcoal grill. why I missed only 4 stars, the reason that the service was not so friendly and yet very slow. Unfortunately she was not attentive, and I hope it was just because she had a bad day, because otherwise dr. thompsons is really a very nice place where everything goes. the businessman and the partymaus meet there. really beautiful is also the kamin, which is a real google and makes the atmopharyal perfect."

"First time experience with a Polish restaurant in Dusseldorf and being biased a bit by family 's own kitchen and regional kitchen in Mazury we entered the restaurant yesterday with 2 families. The atmosphere is modern, green walls, a picture of 2 housemaids from...100 years ago decorating the wall yet if you would like to find anything relating to Poland or Polish kitchen, except for the menu: nothing to notice. The 2 service girls also did not speak in Polish language to us. For us a bit lost opportunity it could be more personalized to a country 's experience... The food was pretty good the chicken breast not too dry, a good and not too strong spice. The home made fries were a bit too long in the oil they were dark brown and rather hard. The restaurant does not really feature a kids menu we ordered a Schnitzel and shared it amongst the two 6 year old kids... then the price was ok otherwise 12.90 for one kids menu would have been by far too much. The side salad as well as the pierogi were well filled, the pierogi outside not too hard, the fillings were yum that 's on the positive side. They call their way of pierogi 's malinas (which basically means raspberry, and which gave the name to this restaurant . Bottom line, you come for the pierogi 's, and spend some time in a nice wooden chair wooden table atmosphere, but prices somewhere from 11.90 upwards into the mid 20 EUR segment were a bit too much for a family lunch we paid without soup, dessert, coffee etc. and only one drink per person in total about 55 EUR for 2.5 persons. Good to experience the taste of pierogi yet a lost opportunity when it comes to being proud of Poland and Polish cusine... that 's why 4 out of 5 stars only (which still is a very good ranking!"
