"I really liked this place. After my last visit, I decided it was my last. service was absolutely terrible, no different from many places since the pandemic. I understand that good help is hard to find, but that doesn't mean we have to suffer. we tried to dinate here on Saturday afternoon and after 10 minutes wait at the hostess table or so we decided to sit on the bar area. the waitress who has not stopped talking to us, said it will take 10 minutes until someone can help them and disappeared before I could say a word. I could not come out of my chair to go fast enough and probably not be back. we found another restaurant throughout the city that treated us with great service and excellent eating."

"This place is still the best for steaks! I'm from Kalamazoo and ours closed way before the pandemic hit. Our first waitress was an absolite sweetheart, fast and efficient! I've been there twice so far, my Trash Can was on point, and the second waitress was also fast, friendly, and efficient...she reminded me of a young Jodi Foster (she's only 18 and had no clue as to who she was lol) she promised to watch some of her movies so we could discuss them on our next visit! Overall very pleased"

"Loved the theming in this restraunt. A little over the top but fun. Food was good. Started with chips and salsa. Chips had low salt which was a nice change. Salsa had excellent flavor, and mild on the heat. Steak enchiladas looked great. Tasted good. Service was near perfect. Server always appeared at just the right time. Capped it off with fried ice cream. Expected the glaze to be a little sweeter. All in all good experience."
