"By far, the ABSOLUTE WORST of all the locations I 've visited. Ordered two fish tacos and both weren 't fresh... It was like chewing rubber, not flaky nor crispy. Also, they weren 't 'fat ' burritos like at other locations. I 'm sure this place would fail a quality control check if this franchise did a test. No problems with service but food is way too disappointing. Avoid this one."

"This place is getting a 4 star strictly based on the service I received. Would have given a 2 or 3 based on food I was served by Sarah who I believe is one of the managers? She was amazinggggg super nice and welcoming with a complete understanding of the menu. I ordered cauliflower bites, spinach dip and cheese curds. The cheese curds and cauliflower bites tasted the exact same. And the spinach dip was just alright. Would I come here again? Yes,but wouldn’t go out of my way."

"When I went to hops for a night out of fun and dancing it quickly turned for the worst and went downhill. To start with The bouncers take their time letting people in so you have to wait in line for about an hour or more even if you are there at 9:45. When you get inside don't give your jacket to coat check the girls they gave my friends jacket to someone else and made her leave the place without her belongings. The manager was rude and didn't treat us like customers but instead treated us like we were dumb and wouldn't compensate us for loosing my friends personal belongings. The drinks are expensive and the place is really dirty. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star."
