"First time back in a while. Food was excellent! Love the Kickin' Honey Garlic sauce (limited time so hurry)! Hope they make it a menu staple. Beat out mango habanero as my favorite sauce. Sat table top in the bar. Kyle managed to provide us with excellent service while also tending bar. His dessert recommendation was perfect! Superb."

"I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to be our server so our order wasn’t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan sat our food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we ordered our food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee but she didn’t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude and stank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changed and she couldn’t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation was over. I’ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server not talking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it “horrible” and by improving the way your “manager” handles questions from customers. A smile and polite answer would have gotten a lot further than a smirk and eye roll. Not interested in returning."
