"Placed an online order through the app and to no fault of the restaurant the order was mishandled/lost whatever you want to call it by the driver they was assigned through door dash, contacted DoorDash twice about getting a re order because it never showed up, DoorDash essentially said they had nothing to do with it and to contact the manager for some reason, called and spoke to Michael who was extremely patient and understanding through the whole process as he had been on and off the phone with DoorDash behind the scenes as well, after our conversation I went to go back inside of my workplace to find the order had been placed on the back side of the building where no one who is not an employee is supposed to be anyway, and despite the specific instructions I put on the order as to where to bring the order so I could meet the driver when they arrive. I called back and spoke to the manager (Michael) keep in mind at this point it is well past closing time, called to let him know my order had been found and that it was a mess up on the drivers end and that the store did not need to worry about this anymore if they were and to thank him for his help and understanding, even with my order being found and all issues being resolved Michael still was very understanding and offered to have the order re made for free when they are open again, wonderful service by the manager and restaurant as a whole as none of this is their fault, will definitely be ordering again!"
