"I went at night for dinner. The food was tasty and it was quick. The service was fast and good. The bartender helped me with the order and he was nice. The only downside was the margaritas. They were too sweet. For a drink that has lemon and orange shouldn't be any added sugars. Ordered Oldtime burger Trio fajitas Trio dipple appetizers"

"Went to chillis last year and this year more than a few times the service we had was decent but the food was absolutely sad to look at we had nachos and you can tell they were microwaved and there were only 4 chips on the plate chip was stale too and there was 3 of us with small not even bite-sized pieces of pork cooks do not know how cook we they should hire people with actual experience we got sick last night after I had the rancher burger and the other two people I was with had a chicken sandwich and they got sick aswell i do not recommend this chillis in windsor even for children for a quick bite"

"We moved here during Covid and this Chili?s has always been consistently great food and service. Just finished a to-go order of the Beef Carne Asada. It was tender and the sauce was great. Subbed the Asparagus for the rice and it was fresh and tendercrisp. Molten cake for dessert. They packed the ice cream and chocolate sauce separately so you can nuke the cake when you areready. The ice cream was still frozen and we live 15 minutes away."

"4 stars is not due to service... This locations has had some challenges and had a shortage of workers, like most others. We had a chilis gift card about a yr or more ago, happened to get Ashli as our waitress. She is awesome!! She's very attentive, always gets it right if the kitchen doesn't. Never have to ask for drink refill, it's there before you have a chance. Even remembers my weird order. We signed up for the reward program, and the dessert rewards keep us coming back. A couple things need attention. The devices on the tables really need to be thoroughly cleaned between customers. I hate having to use them. Exterior could really use attention. It's pretty dirty in entrance and around benches outside."

"Our visit was on 10.09.2020 to celebrate my son's birthday. The waitress did a great job and was generously rewarded. The missing star is because the crazy crowd of Cajun seasons on everything. I will recommend everyone to let them know that not put on everything and just go on, except that it was a delicious meal and good overall service"
