"AVOID AVOID AVOID! I hate to write this reviews as I am a big supporter of black businesses but I have never been more disappointed, in service or food. The manager, the wait staff are both very unprofessional, they accept no accountability for the poor service and could really use some customer service training especially Raven who literally threw the completed check with the credit card at out table in front of her manager. The food was either cold or over cooked there was a problem with each item brought out. Do yourself a favor and check out one of the many respectable establishments in Third Ward.In response to Response from the owner Based on that response it looks like the service you provide is consistently terrible and now I see why the management and waitstaff don 't take any accountability because you as the owner are making excuses for providing poor service.Maybe it 's time to reflect and see how you can better accommodate your customs and provide yourself and staff some training.I was not apart of the large party in your response, I was with a party of six, with a reservation and came in around 6:30pm well before the kitchen was closing."
