"Disappointing. I ordered a chicken puppy. the chicken was dry and bland. the pita was hard and crumby and there was much too much salate. I used to enjoy Pita factory, but the last two times were very disappointing, and I don't see... I went back... at least not in the highland road."

"One of my favourite spots for lunch! You looking for a place to be in and out in like 5 mins with your lunch( on the busy days) this is it! The staff is always friendly and helpful! My personal favourite pita has to be the buffalo chicken with spinach!"

"Had pickup from Kypreos. The souvlaki dinner is a go to for us. It is dependable, usually tender. I opt for the lamb, my wife for the Greek Salad with chicken. It seems that the portion may be slightly smaller than we are used to. Portions are good to begin with, but it seemed what smaller this time. Everything else was good, and we will return."

"We enjoyed a nice dinner for the first time at Three Kretans before seeing a Concert at the Registry Theatre across the road on Frederick Street. They even offered free parking-passes for the evening so we could stay parked there through till after the concert. The wait-staff was friendly, service was fast-enough, and the food was just right. Perfect-sized portions, good temperature and presentation, great Greek desserts. I emailed a few weeks in advance, and they accommodated our table of 7 easily with prompt email replies.We'll be back! - before another Registry concert, or for lunch or dinner out in Kitchener!"

"I do not understand the hype for this place at all. Ordered the souvlaki plate, and only ate the chicken. The salad was all lettuce, some onion, two chunks of tomato and (no exaggeration) ONE slice of cucumber that was stuffed on the bottom. The tzatziki had CHUNKS of garlic in it, which was awful. Potatoes were tasteless and not fully cooked. Seems like all the good reviews are for breakfast..."

"I would give a negative rating if I could. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE FOOD. I ordered 3 meals through skip the dishes and it took so long to arrive. When I got the food, it was missing an entire meal, the second meal was made incorrectly and the third meal was correct (but tasted absolutely disgusting). We phoned the restaurant and they tried to tell me that i never ordered the third meal (although i clearly paid for it and it was on the order history). they continued to make excuses and did not make any effort whatsoever to resolve this...the man was extremely rude on the phone and they didnt even apologize!! this is the WORST customer service i have EVER experienced!!!!! dont order from here!"
