"OPINION OF Branch. Reshma was right in my face over the price of drinks and then said she didn't know....even if she pulled out. Then the Filipino Sarah, who, without a doubt, came the most rude person I met in any grocery store. She should be ashamed and really fired. Zero customer service, rude and unpleasant woman. If the owners give me their e-mail address, I will provide you with all the details of the incident at the 16.09.17 branch in STC Mall. Sarah should be fired or withdrawn. Rude, rude, arrogant woman."

"Flipper's is totally old school. If you were a kid in the 70's or 80's and your family ate out this was the kind of place you went. Lobster traps and 70's music. Fish and Chips are the best. Nicest waitress in all of Toronto, Wonderful place to take your Mother she will love it."

"Long wait for a cold sitdown menu. The food is delicious. While many people waited in the restaurant, one of the cooks shouted loudly, all the customers who looked at him after a while then dragged his nose back to cooking without washing his... hands. Paid for a drink it got b4 leaving the restaurant, a large Asian server apologizing for confusion. The cook pampered the atmosphere of the restaurant, it should not be with food and without respect for customers with its terrible behavior. Will never go back."

"There is really nothing special about their patties, they leave out the box of burgers out in the open with the big bold letters McGreggors and their bag of bread labelled Toronto Bread I guess they want to tell us how to make it at home???? Cash only! so instead of losing out on 10 cents per transaction on debit they prefer the customer to lose out on $3.50 on the ATM that 's inside their store which they profit from as well. Lettuce? They don 't know what lettuce means when you ask them. They complain lettuce is too expensive, alright forget what the customer wants, just focus on raising prices and not changing a damn thing. Forget about refills, they only sell fountain drinks and it 's a one time thing. The only thing they got going for them is the name that 's been around for a long time and the fact that they are open late on weekends. Price isn 't terrible for a burger but everything else surrounding it just pisses me off. Hilarious to see 5 employees working just to sell burgers, no wonder no changes get done he 's too busy trying to make a show outta nothing!"
