"We have been here before, but this time we were planning to speak with a concierge about booking a party. Our dining experience was okay when we first arrived. We were seated quickly since the restaurant was pretty empty, which is what we were looking for. We had told our server that we were happy that we got seated away from others since things are still unstable in the community. We got our food and began eating. About 5 minutes after we got our food, a host came over and began rearranging the tables directly beside us for a large party. The chairs were so close that the guy sitting in the end chair could not get in his chair without bumping our table. We ended up taking our HOT food out since they no longer cared about our comfort or needs. Even when we explained what happened to the cashier, he simply said oh, no and let if at that. There was no mention of reseating us in a different section or any solution to try to make your customer happy. We were not irate or rude to anyone, we just wanted to enjoy our meal inside of the restaurant. I know it 's all about money. Little did they know we were looking for a restaurant to host a party of 70-85 people and that this was the restaurant we wanted to reserve. We will take our business somewhere else."

"Whew! This is the best Italian I have ever eaten. The service was amazing, the food and atmosphere amazing and the drinks delicious! We got the mozzarella presentation and added salami, stuffed peppers and tomatoes, to die for! The lasagna was amazing down to the last bite! You can tell a lot of care and skill goes into everything they do there and I am happy to say I will be back! Heck I want to go back now! 5 stars but I wish I could give 10! The only thing that kinda sucked was the tables were way too small! But hey with food that good we were able to make room! Def go if you love Italian food!"

"I used to live in California and I had two Loving Huts within driving distance of me. I LOVED them. I've also been to Loving Hut in Portland Oregon, LOVED that one. I was so excited to see one near me again in NC but this location was meh. It's strange because it's in a hotel so you have to enter the hotel and follow signs. Due to the pandemic, there only take out/delivery so it was empty when I got there to pick up my order but it seemed abandoned. I could see people in the kitchen so I rang the bell on the counter....no one came. Five minutes later and after the pick up time noted on my online order I rang the small gong on the counter...no one came. So I paced back and forth until someone finally looked out the window and came to see what I needed. I waited there for another 7 minutes for my order. Normally I wouldn't mind this and I love supporting all vegan restaurants so I'll deal with a lot to do that but the food that we got was nothing to write home about. I won't go back again. We spent $40 on a takeout lunch (including tip) and it was oily and bland. Such a let down! Maybe it's better during non-pandemic times when there's more turn around and they're better staffed."

"The first time we ordered out we absolutely loved it, the 2nd time not so much, the sauce wasn't just bitter there was something off about it I couldn't place my finger on. As a former kitchen worker I would have never let a plate go out without testing it and I can't imagine anyone is using this common practice. Business is measured by quality and your return customers."
