"I had seen this restaurant on the Food Network so I wanted to try it since I was in town. I found it was overrated. It’s a decent Italian restaurant. The Decor is very nice. The food was average. My husband had the Spaghetti with...meatballs and the portion was very small. The red sauce was average, nothing special. I had fusilli genovese with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes which was OK and was large portion. The chicken in my dish was very dry, the pasta very al dente to the point of almost being crunchy. We had a house mixed salad as an appetizer for $12, which was quite the rip off. Just a few pieces of lettuce and two cherry tomatoes, nothing special. The zucchini fritti was much better value at 15$ and very tasty. I would not return."

"Very attentive service, they were on top of all the orders! This place is great for large reservations and also intimate dining. The appetizers were very quick, but there was a small wait for the main course. Everyone was very happy with their meals. As mentioned in other reviews, the main courses could be plated nicer, but that's something that doesn't bother me personally."

"Super unique pub. The mixture of Irish and Italian. The entire facility is eroded with typical Catholic Niknik-Naks. Really cool outdoor seating and a whole apartment for private meetings. Loading beer selections check the “Bierbibel” to try something new. The menu has a...small (but great) selection. I would suggest the Calamari, buffalo chicken sluice and the Gorgonzola shells. The pizzas looked good, but small and expensive. Enjoy! This place is fun."

"I ate here with my uncle, my mother and the 7-year-old niece, when we brought my niece to the Canadian Natural Museum on holiday. There was something for everyone. My niece couldn't choose between pizza and chicken finger, so we both shared. My uncle has a tuna sandwich and salad. The cafe is over the hallway from the gift shop, so when someone ends food before the others, they can go search the funny items there."

"This was my second (of many) visits to Napoli 's Cafe. The first was a group lunch treat with our employers last month (yes, we are spoiled) and last night with my husband. The restaurant is an accessible venue, in a good location with a huge parking lot. The atmosphere, service and food are all truly exceptional. Nicole was busy, yet incredibly attentive and very friendly. Our meals were PERFECT. The background music was fantastic, everyone around us was enjoying themselves and we left happy, and full looking forward to a return visit soon! Thank you for a fabulous dining experience."

"I ordered the Donair pizza and the Canadian, both were under cooked with a dough taste. The donair pizza is in no way a donair pizza. Both were very greasy. Way too expensive, I expected at the cost a very good pizza. Not even close. I will never order from this place again. I recommend finding another place."
