"First I'd like to make a comment in regards to the 2 young girls on the counter who you see on arrival. They have no customer service skills, they did not smile nor were they friendly. We watched them whilst eating our dinner and noticed...they were the same with everyone that came in, they didn't even speak with each other and looked bored. The meal came out quick, we had the lamb cutlets they were incredible and large. We stayed in the hotel overnight and had breakfast the next day which was so good, no complaints."

"The food was good. the service was not the best. we had the afternoon, but the cakes/sandwiches were served and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the actual tee. zitrone appeared in the ice for the diet coke when the diabetist in the group specifically asked for no fruit in the drink."

"It wasn 't busy and we might have got them on a bad day . . . the drink I ordered took two goes to get right (lemongrass and ginger tea, since you ask); I asked for no salad dressing and olive oil on my baked salmon and salad, that took two goes; my friend was called 'Miss ' when she came in and then 'Sir '; her glass for her drink was dirty; she did say her lamb shank meal was good and our other companion enjoyed his calamari followed by pasta; but then I had to ask for the bill three times. A little too it and miss to heartily recommend. Shame really. Easy to find, good space, well positioned for a nice meal out."

"Called here for lunch filling a visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Ordered 2 club sandwiches. After waiting half an hour, I checked with one of the waiters if our order had gone through. Sandwiches arrived shortly after lukewarm as though they had been...left unattended- the place wasn’t overly busy and there were several staff. My sandwich contained a fried egg, a small piece of fried breadcrumbed chicken and a small quantity of avocado on 3 huge slices of bread; my husband’s sandwich was similar but without the egg. The cost just for the 2 sandwiches including 12.5% tip was £30+. We travel a lot and have had a few poor experiences as well as many fabulous dining experiences but this was something else! Fortunately we dined in 8 places overall during our stay in London and 6 of the 7 others were good with 3 outstanding experiences. The problem is you can’t tell until you’ve tried sometimes. Enjoy spending our money."

"Do NOT order the churrasco salad!!! The steak is very tuff and very chewy and don’t order extra meat because you don’t get extra meat. They have some nerve to charge $26.95 for churrasco salad that you will loose a tooth chewing."

"The service was absolutely disgusting, we were told that we were not booked when we were and then, when we ordered, it took over 45 minutes to get the afternoon cream tee that was ordered before, they gave us the tee before the food came and then the second we put the cup down, we asked for more tee and was said no! that is somewhere I never book to go back, the workers were rude and ignored us until we started to wait about that and that we were not told what was the last in the delivery of the food, I will not recommend to go back to this caffe concert, but to a good note that was delicious when we got it, but once we were plucked the last on the clawed it away"

"On an icey cold evening I entered the restaurant that wore shopping bags and looked unglamorous. the restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming. I asked if I was ordering myself, and they showed me a place where I could place my bags, watch a menu and order. wow! the atmosphere is elegant with beautiful chandeliers and magnificent sitting. it makes fun to spy the Dessert window box from the es pane. When I returned to my hotel about 20 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of my fungal parmesan risotto and huh with carrots and green beans. every bite was delicious and satisfying. thank you for making my last meal in london special."
