"Since the doors have opened, I’ve had high hopes for this location. I finally had the opportunity to try it for myself on my visit to LA. When I made the reservation online, I did request the table in the back patio (under the heat lamps). I got seated at the very entrance. Although it was a very nice ambience. My fiancé and I tried to make the best of it, with patrons, coming in and out of the door, sometimes leaving the door open we would get a breeze. Definitely didn’t think I need to feel uncomfortable wearing my jacket indoors. I definitely did appreciate our server being as helpful and as patient as possible, knowing she had many more tables to attend to. What was disappointing to me was the food. We had to try a pizza, but not only was it undercooked, it lacked flavor: the undercooked garlic was overpowering to the rest of the dish, you couldn’t taste anything else. Our pasta could have used some Parmesan as well. My chicken was delicious, just wish it would’ve been pulled out of the oven 30 seconds earlier. And dessert was actually pretty good, but I don’t think all our food was worth the price of what we paid. If we do decide to go pack, I think we’re going to avoid the pizza and go for a cheeseboard instead."
