"DO NOT PURCHASE TAKE OUT FROM THIS RESTAURANT. This pasta bar can't even cook spaghetti al dente. I purchased a take out spaghetti bolognese, and the spaghetti was overcooked to mush. When I called to complain the Il Corsaro Pasta Bar was not accommodating at all. After complaining about my dish being completely overcooked I was told over the phone that I must have let the pasta sit there before picking it up. Their accusation couldn't have been the case since I was told it would be ready in 30minutes, promptly arrived at the designated time, and then took it on a 4minutes drive back home since I live about 4blocks away. If anything waiting for service to pay for the food took longer. They do not take any responsibility, and would rather try to push the blame on a customer for their inconsistent cooking. Even after they realized my point this restaurant showed how little they care for their take out customers by saying that they would only be willing to reimburse me if I brought back the dish. Customer service seems to only apply if you dine in here. I have been to this restaurant a couple times as it is portrayed as a classy establishment here in Maple Ridge, however, after being told I must be the reason their pasta was mushy and overcooked I will no longer be coming back. Their manners and regard to customers is insulting."
