"Well, Hotel Gieschen in Achim. This also has a restaurant that was still a white place in my personal culinary map in the region. It had attracted me because the owner is known as hunter and I like to eat wild. Unfortunately there was only deer calf that day, which I personally feel quite boring. On Sunday afternoon it was ready. The interior is timeless, but nothing to say. For the prices of the dishes I found the table decoration too little ingenious, i.e. practically not present. We were not so hungry and ordered only a main dish of sour meat from wild boar with roasted potatoes and Remoulade for approx. 11 € (Sauve meat without pronounced taste, roast potatoes good and quite crispy, the Remoulade apparently made house and delicious zander with saffron sauce, braided choir and band noodles (about 16 € for me. The Zander and the nap were okay. But as a supplement spaghetti was served “The band noodles were out” and that the sauce has ever come in eye contact with saffron, I dare to doubt a lot. At least she didn't see anything. I was too strongly bound and quite taste-neutral. How to make a sauce for fish from grapes, I like to teach the chefs. But what really improved was the service, apparently all apprentices. The fact that apprentices are trained here is great, but until they get a certain maturity, they may not have to accept orders. "It was again as always very delicious! It's always a piece of Italy when you go to dinner. There are hot pizza rolls with homemade green sauce. We had all pizzas and were tastefully satisfied. Operators are very friendly and attentive. Special food requests are taken into account. In the end there's another schnapps on the house. We always like to come to our tribal Italian."

"I've been to the Carpaccio a few times in the last few years, but my initial applause has weakened. Unfortunately, only silk flowers on the tables and no candles. But otherwise the tables are nice, but not overcrowded. The big surprise was the food, because that was really good. As Amuse Bouche there were two different hot delicacies: A small slice of dough roll filled with herbs and a square something that was probably potato-based. Both a really nice start. We weren't very hungry, and we've always been in court. I had the antipasti misto (the big one at 12.90 and was thrilled. Not the usual suspects: There were even more of the variously filled dough rolls, artichokes, white and red beans filled with peppers and red onions, TMB, a very interesting seafood salad with many fresh herbs, dried tomatoes, minced meatballs with filling, ham with melon, chickpeas in currysud ... many different mini snacks, all made themselves. My partner had a pizza beer that tasted him very much. The little Fitzel he offered me was crispy and juicy, so nix to mecker. Almost all dishes at the Carpaccio are also a small portion, which I find very great if you want to eat several things. The service (in our case probably the owner is very nice and attentive, without being excessively devot. He is from Turin and we talked about the Piedmontese antipasti culture. Unfortunately, due to the cost of the ingredients, it cannot offer truffle dishes or Bressaola “Carpaccio”. “For this, the Achimers simply don’t want to spend so much money, we only do on request”. Too bad, but I will still come back because his card offers enough alternatives that want to be costed. Other: Smoking is possible only before the entrance; toilets are perfect; extensive grappa card; the dessert card unfortunately offers only little exciting. It also offers party service, fish and romance menus. Conclusion: I will return safely here and hopefully not only try the exciting antipasti plate again."

"Knowing the ice cream café since its founding (25 years ago the founding) also since then regularly go there the ice cream café has never disappointed me, that is I think, thanks to the quality and the friendly staff. Today we were back there and got an ice ball for free. Top ice cream café! What I also noticed is it is completely renovated every few years and there are always new types of ice! 5/5 "
