"I was in Boise on business and just happened to walk by this place. My first impression was not one of a pizza place. I saw just another bar slinging microbrews and passing off bar food as restaurant cuisine. At the end of my meal, I found nothing to convince me otherwise. If you can put yourself in this mindset Front Door does offer slightly above average pub grub and reasonable prices. I had a cobb salad. This is my go-to meal when on the road and in a new place. The service was quick and the meal enjoyable. Overall I found Front Door a nice enough place for either a quick meal or a place to hang out and have a few drinks."

"Best Italian food in the Boise area. This place cannot be beat! Vincenzo makes you feel as though you are in Italy. Great food, charming ambiance, fantastic service, and reasonable prices. If Vincenzo suggests a special, go with it...The chef is from Rome, his wife is the waitress. Vincenzo is the host. The pasta is all freshly made and the dishes are phenomenal. The desserts rotate, so be sure to try whatever dessert is the special. Vincenzo is from near Naples Italy. He previously owned and ran a successful Italian restaurant in Santa Monica CA. We are very fortunate to have this restaurant in Boise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Best nigerian fried rice and Egusi! The chef was so welcoming and made authentic nigerian food. My husband and I tasted the food on our way back to the hotel and immediately turned around to buy some more for the next day! Thank you for such a great experience! Can't wait to taste the meat pie next time we visit!"

"Place was pretty decent. Friendly staff and my waitress was awesome. I got the gnocchi and to be honest I've had better. It was good but too greasy in my opinion. However the good selection of beers made up for it."
