"If I could give no stars I would. The waiter was super busy. Even though there weren't that many people in there. The food took about 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Which looked nothing like the menus. A bug hunk of chicken breast on a half sandwich and on the other half just chunks, with bacon on one half. Asked for another drink, never got it ,he just bought our check. Pretty much left the whole sandwich at the table. I would never go back."

"Our first visit here! Warm friendly service from host and Denise our server who kept our drinks full! Delicious Greek feta spinach omelette and crispy perfect hashbrowns. Family enjoyed fresh blueberry pancakes. Staff went out of way to check for gluten in ingredient lists which we sincerely appreciated! Biscuits were a little dry and no apple butter but lots of jam choices. Also a bonus was the well equipped individual/ family handicap accessible restroom!! Very hard to"

"A group of us stuck in Mickey Land for a convention were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oskars in Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. While I'm not a fan of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual including a smoked salmon bar, ham bar, and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of families with kids so it was a bit noisy but that didn't really affect ... everything the group of 4 tried we loved. Only two things that were a little strange was that the cost of the buffet only included mimosas, not Bloody Marys and no eggs Benedict on the buffet. However, what impressed me most was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar it was empty even though two staff members I asked told me it would be replenished. When I mentioned it to our waiter he came back and said they were going out which was disappointing. The manager came over apologetically and said they even sent Hikton next door but they were out until Monday ... not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate of the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time ... THAT is service."

"I stopped for a bite while walking around downtown Charlottesville and was amazed by the food. Luce is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. It's pretty much a one-room kitchen with a pick-up counter at the front. They are cooked to order, and I loved peeking through the window to watch them make my food! I ordered the pistou, which was spaghetti with shaved zucchini, tomatoes, some sort of pesto sauce, and parmesan. All the ingredients tasted super fresh and meshed very well with the pesto sauce!"
