"Our waitress Jamie was brilliant, service was somewhat slow, but she was alone and there were two big parties. The food was delicious, but came out very slowly and when some people got their food, other members were done and had been sitting for a while. We had 8 people in our party, so the kitchen needs it high and all meals within a reasonable time between not 10-15 between each dish. We were there two and a half hours (because the food was slow)"

"I can’t find a good Italian restaurant to save my life, and eating here didn’t change anything. They had one of these in Houston but it closed down, so the Woodlands location is the closest to us and it has gone downhill from what it used to be. It’s just all around bad. They were out of one of the ingredients to make a frozen Bellini. I ordered the make your own pasta dish but didn’t get anything that showed what to pick from like you normally get, so I had to guess. And it’s not just this place, Olive Garden changed their ingredients up in their ravioli and it’s like eating plastic now. Where are the good Italian restaurants? Are there any left?"

"The shrimp brochette was really good. Friends all liked the food. Fried ravioli and cheese sticks appetizer was also good. Friends did agree that the Alfredo was bland as the reviews mentioned. And the server should?ve mentioned the bottled root beer. Otherwise, it was worth trying."

"The food and waitstaff are fine but this place has some really distracting cleanliness issues. Walking in I was met with the immediate, strong stench of something like cat urine, and the smell only stayed weird and bad when walking throughout the restaurant to my booth. The booth itself was stained dark grey with dirt and sweat and age. The walls and carpet are also stained and dirty. All of this filth probably explains the mix of strong bad odors. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the building is in a shape that, if it were my home, I’d never invite guests into."
