"Went for the Margherita pizza and the penne chicken pasta. The pasta was great, and usually the marg is the highlight, literally the reason we go. But tonight the marg was completely subpar, actually very tasteless. Was completely disappointed with it. I don’t know if it was changed or just a bad night for it, but i am not interested in having that same pizza again. Separate from the food, our service was not good. Took so long to get drinks, more than 20 minutes from sitting down. Our waitress didn’t come to check on how our meal was until the pasta was gone and I was waiting on parmesan for my pizza to hopefully spice it up. She didn’t check on our appetizer at all, and we had to ask another waitress to refill our beer. Overall just unsatisfied with our visit. We usually love Brixx, so we may come back in the future, but might seek another location. Would truly love to hear that the marg is back to normal."

"We ordered NY style cheese pizza, garlic knots, a chicken Greek salad and we loved it. We did take out and would definitely do it again. Only problem is they are closed on Sundays which is inconvenient."

"Horrible experience on my birthday , horrible waitress, and found a worm in my steak, but i believe in second chances and that things happen. After leaving a review about it, Greg contacted me and took care of everything for me with a family dinner. We went back on July 18, 2016 and had an incredible experience and the waitress shana was the best!!! Thank you for changing my experience, definitely went better this time around."

"Really shocked by how the owner, Mark, handled my phone call just now.Ordered 2 pizzas tonight for delivery and was so excited to try a local place instead of a chain. Spent $50 on 2 pizzas! YIKES! But decided it was worth splurging this time and got it anyways to have delivered to my house.Boy am I upset that I made that decision.The pizzas (BOTH OF THEM! are so incredibly salty that they are inedible.I really wanted to handle this between the business and myself, so I called the store to let the owner know about the awful taste of the pizzas. He told me that he has never received that complaint and that I am wrong because they don’t use salt in anything? The only way he would be willing to refund me is if I came up to the store and gave him both full pizzas back.1- there’s a slice missing from each of them because we did TRY to eat them.2- I paid for delivery because I do not have my car tonight, it’s in the shop. So I can’t drive. I told him this and said he’s welcome to have a delivery driver come get the pizzas… But I’m not sure how you’d like me to teleport these pizzas to your store?So:My hubs is currently ordering us a second dinner from somewhere else because we are starving.I’m really shocked at how little the owner of this place cared that one of his new customers had a really bad experience. If this was handled differently I would’ve given them another shot in the future and tried a different menu item.Now I will definitely not be back and I would recommend you go somewhere else that has better customer service then Mark does."
