"I honestly don't usually give negative reviews. As you can see from the pictures, I have personally visited Dova on many occasions and there were good reasons why I kepy coming back. Generally those were great experiences, except for the most recent one. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. Tomato soup that is so concentrated it is like a sauce. Beef adobo (one of my favorites here) was very dry and tough to even cut. My girlfriend's chicken was cold inside. COLD INSIDE. Not room temperature but as if I bit onto ice. We sent it back to the kitchen but it came out an even sadder state than it did the first time as it had been gone through a microwave oven. This place used to be a local gem at a great location, but now I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anybody else."

"Place is crumbling. The ground floor area has bamboo scafoldings to support tarps which the waitress said is used to catch the water leaking from the ceiling. Relatively new but it seems to deteriorate every time I cone back. What a pity. Food is soso and expensive. We ordered oi 4 cheese pizza. Brewed coffee is good though. The only saving grace is the breeze and the view."
