"This is not a professional restaurant. No one who actually makes a living would ever run a place like this, if they knew their livelihood depended on customers who actually paid for their services. This is the worst restaurant we have ever encountered. They don 't know the basics of running a restaurant or of customer service. After our first time there when we had a badly disorganized meal with very inattentive service, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We made the mistake of giving then a second chance this past Sunday for brunch. We were seated upstairs. We literally sat for 20 minutes without being greeted or given menus. After a waitress introduced herself and asked for our drink orders, we waited for coffee and orange juice. We still did not receive menus. After the waitress returned 10 minutes later, I told her we 'd had enough and we left. This place should be closed down. By stark contrast, even a fast food place like Panera or Cosi would be ashamed if they ran a place like this."

"This place up until today was pretty solid. Not great, just good enough. That was fine. But today was some of the worst pizza I 've ever had. Absolutely dripping in grease, practically swimming in a pool of it, and it was floppy enough that I thought it was raw at first. Requested the pie to be cooked well done and this was the exact opposite of it. On top of that, in the drive through they give no notice of surcharge for using a credit card to pay. When you 're told one price by the waitress and then you sign a receipt for a different number 20 seconds later, it feels like a small robbery. After calling, the manager was kind enough to give a credit, but that probably won 't be used any time soon. For $27 you would expect good pizza."

"Montesini Pizza Pasta is located in a strip mall along the busy East Greentree Road. There is ample parking and they have a lovely indoor seating area. The pizza is pretty good! The plain slice had a crispy, thin base with a light, fluffy crust. The cheese was decent and the sauce was good. Overall the slice was a little light on sauce and the crust was a bit dry but definitely not offensive. The grandma slice had fresh mozzarella and a crispy, crunchy base. The sauce was excellent nice, juicy, and flavorful. I also picked up some garlic bread which was also delicious. I'm a fan of Montesini and would happily return if I'm in the area."
