"Timbers was nicely decorated for Christmas. Had to wait for 5 minutes for staff to find hangers for our coats. The dining area was cold. Felt like air conditioning was on. Would have liked a cup of coffee but no announcement was made as to where to find some. Punch was available but again not visible and no announcement was made. Soup was ok but quite spicy. Asked for more buns for our table but waitress answered there were "no more". Main course was some type of pork chops with a cold apple topping. Meat was very tough. Rice and green beans served beside were not seasoned and very bland. Noticed other guests with coffee so I walked around and finally found some. Had decaf available but it had a strange flavor. No more coffee was available after that. Dessert was the only thing that was good. A cheesecake wrapped in a flour tortilla deep fried and served with ice cream. Would have been better if served with some type of fruit like strawberries or blueberries. Entertainment was good but food was definitely lacking in quality."

"This is only the 2nd time I've eaten at Ichkaben Doner Kabab Restaurant but damn it is my new favorite place to eat!! Their Shwarma poutine is absolutely TO DIE FOR!! 20\10 and I will recommend this restaurant everyday all day! Keep it up Louanes the food is the best I've had in a long time!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20"
