"Wir haben die Bewertungen gelesen und waren dann leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Nudelteller mit saisonalen Pilzen war ein kompletter Reinfall. Die Gerichte waren kaum gewürzt und übersäuert. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das sei normal und uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Nicht mal die Pizza konnte überzeugen, sie war ebenfalls übersäuert. Einzig allein das Fleisch in Gorgonzolasauce war lecker. Sehr schade!"

"Eiscafé is again understatement. It is indeed also a wonderful Italian family and a treasure trove for interiors and decoration far from the poststream. Cosy, cute, friendly, open, family. Funny: an Italian course in continuous loop runs on the toilets. Great: The door to the kitchen and ice machine is always open (you have nothing to hide here). Great: For la mama there is always a table reserved that is not given to the guests. Often I watched my mother try food. Short breaks in Italy <3"

"For over two years, my family and I have been regular customers with Stella Dimi (Inhaber). We are always fully satisfied. The quality of the food and its entire facility has nothing to do with a traditional snack. Bifteki and Gyros are unbeatable, as well as you can find the best pizza in the city of Essen. But also the really classic Greek specialties like Juwetsi are great and you should really try them. Seasonal or special treats such as mussels, fish dishes or salads are often found on the offer tables. My tip would be to try the Gyros Omelette. The service is friendly, accommodating and very personal. Greek hospitality is definitely felt here. The price/performance ratio is also true here, for example, the Gyros spear is built and not delivered every day by the owner himself. I can only recommend a visit here, but you should not forget to book a table on Friday/Saturday. You can also take the food wonderfully with home."
