"I had ordered a takeaway chicken rice noodle with less vegetables and less chicken and had specified to the staff I cannot eat veggies outside due to my dietary requirement. I collected my box, came na j to work and saw the box half full of vegetables and chicken. When called, the staff asked me to come back. I went back all the way wasting in total 20 minutes of my lunch time to show him the box.instead of apologising for wasting my time and offering another box, he very rudely three the box and gave the money back and also argued the veggies were not too much. Yes, your shop is busy and food is good but you definitely need to train your reception staff to drop the attitude and be more customer focused. I definitely will not be wasting my time coming to your place again and will advise my friends and family likewise"

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Parramatta last weekend and decided to have dinner at their restaurant. I had the barramundi with Israeli cous cous and my wife had the duck curry. Absolutely amazing dishes! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time we are in Parramatta!"

"This restaurant has an amazing vibe and open seating plan. I enjoyed the buzz it had on a Friday night! We dined when the 10$ pasta was on as it was an amazing deal I couldn’t miss out on! The black pepper pasta in the lemon sauce was delicious and excellently paired with mint and pea! The pizza we had was the second best pizza I have EVER had first to the one in Rome). I would definitely go back solely for the pizza<br/ <br/ However, the entree of bruschetta was less than pleasing. We ordered the bruschetta and whilst the tomatoes were delicious the bread was extremely soggy and uneatable. I wish I hadn’t gotten it as it was 12$ for one piece! The salad we had rocket and cheese had too much dressing and was too sour and soggy. We ate hardly any of it. The deserts also were below average. The chocolate brownie had random popcorn that really didn’t fit. The tiramisu which I had years before And adored was extremely disappointing and I could hardly finish it. All I tasted was cream. The biscuits were not soft from the Marsala and you could not taste any marscepone at all. This was honestly horrible as I was looking forward to it most.<br/ <br/ Otherwise a fun night in a good location. Food was hit and miss."

"Nonna Maria's is a place I've been wanting to go to for YEARS. Because I'm lazy and mainly dine out at restaurants from Church St. and near Westfields, I just never thought to come here. I love the quaint, rustic atmosphere it gives - you feel at home and relaxed. This is the ideal place to hit up especially if you've had a hectic day at work and you just want to sit back and unwind with good food.<br>

This is what my friend and I ordered:<br>
- Bruschetta: so nice and tasty. Fresh and has an onion, tangy taste to it.<br>
- Fettucine Bosciaola: so so yummy! Topped with parmesan cheese with bits of bacon and mushrooms. I love creamy pasta so this was a treat!<br>
- Penne All'Arrabbiata (do you remember that hilarious Death Star Canteen video?!): lovely dish with an authentic chilli and tomato flavour.<br>
- Tiramisu: this is a must-try!!! Loved this so much! One of the best desserts I've had.<br>

"Went in for dinner tonight, was seated promptly (arrived at 5:30). The service was very fast and attentive. Three things were ordered: <br/ • nasi lemak <br/ • chicken laksa <br/ • roti canai <br/ <br/ The dishes were great, the laksa being the absolute best we’ve had in a long time. You can actively taste a slow cooked broth with galangal and lemongrass. It had the right amount of spice. The roti canai was fresh and sweet. The nasi lemak was great, however there needed to be some more sambal. This was slightly lacking. Special mention to the acar on the plate because the vinegary goodness was the star of the dish. <br/ <br/ All in all, would definitely come back. <br/ Service 5/5 <br/ Ambience 4/5 <br/ Food 4/5 <br/ <br/"

"Noodles are not bad, but the service is really terrible if there is any service at all. the employees are rude and so impatient for our order. worse still is that the staff even ordered us to pay immediately to the bank. if you want a high-quality place for lunch or dinner, it is not the place."

"I used to have a good experience at this restaurant until the holiday period it was extremely busy I confirmed that the food was gluten-free however after eating it I got immediately sick and had to rush home. I would not go back after what happened. Edit: I was sick for days after receiving GLUTEN pasta I definitely would not risk it again"
