"We went with a party of 11 for New Years Eve dinner. We went up to the hostess stand when we arrived which was about 20 minutes early to let them know our party is here and was rudely snapped at with rolling eyes from the hostess/owner that we were early and would have to wait in the bar. We had no problem waiting. The bartenders were awesome and there was a good crowd while we waited. We then were seated in the large back room. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. While we were served our salads there was loud noise of plates clanking which caused most of our party to look in the direction of the noise when we saw the owner yell and make a young busgirl (15-16 years old) cry. I guess she didn’t think she was clearing off the tables fast enough or properly. It made all of us uncomfortable. I found the same busgirl to be very attentive to our table and hope the owner was just having a bad day and they don’t have to deal with that daily but if I recall the last time I was there she was also rude at the hostess stand when we checked in. We are customers of yours and bringing you business. This is not how you treat people. She also spoke to the bartender in a horrible tone in front of everyone while we waited. If you take the owner out of the equation it was a very nice dinner and evening."

"My husband and I can't get enough of this place! While they haven't been open long, they've made us feel like family whenever we order...which I'll admit....is several times a month. Our favorites so far are the tacchino pesto chicken paninis, the chicken tender salads, the tuna wraps and the calzone. But there is still so much more we want to try! While our wallet and waists wish the food sucked (lol) our hearts and tastebuds are happy they are right down the road! The image is my panini from tonights dinner the Italian. Sooooo good and the bread was perfect"

"We included the pizza palace for our sons rehearsal dinner September 27th, best decision ever! The trailer is absolutely beautiful and looked great. The oven impressive and equally gorgeous! They were a pleasure to work with setting up the event and continued to serve us professionally throughout the evening. They came when they said, were ready to serve us, and left without a trace. They left us the last of the cobbler nicely backed up. Quality and quantity well worth the price. The eggplant meatballs, pizza, cobbler were fantastic. All of our guests said it was the best rehearsal party they had ever been to. You cannot go wrong with the Hen and the Hound. We will definitely work with them again!"
